Tom in Tn you looked up B 1700 not B 7100 not that there is a big diffrence but one big one. The B 7100 was never offred with power steering so with a loader we usually ended up having to buy it back or trade the customer out of it. Just was not a good loader tractor where when the B 1700 4 wheel came out with powersteering was a better loader tractor. Everyone is right in that the B7100 is not in the weight range of the ford. Sold a lot of them for over 9 years I guess that is why KUBOTA left them in the line up so long they just seemed to fit the bill for a lot of people and were somewhat cheap for the times.
