Does indeed appear to be CAT's demo room in the Peoria area. Do some work for CAT, so they let us play with some of their equipment in there once. We didn't get to play with anything that big, though, just a D3, a backhoe, a skid steer, and tiny excavator. Based on the prices they were talking for some of that equipment (think I remember $30K for the little excavator), I'd hate to know what the D11 costs. They also have an outdoor display area, where the grandstand rotates. That way they can do a demonstration on one side of the grandstand while they are setting up another on the other side, then they rotate the grandstand to show everyone the other side.
