I have a school buss that I made a woodworking shop out of. On one side I built a bench 24' long. Under the top I framed and built draws made out of plywood but with aluminum bottoms - it holds up better whan thin plywood. I mounted them with draw slides from a hardware store. In a few places I used doors like in your kitchen cabinets for larger things. The aluminum bottoms came from old street signs.
