The short answer... if they follow your wishes, they don't make any money. Those were probably the honest ones that walked away... Even if they limb out the tops and remove usable firewood you're still going to have a considerable volume of slash. It would be best to leave that to decompose... What's the reason for wanting it all cleaned up? Think you would need to loosen up about the size restrictions as well. Around here they'd do a lot of roaming around looking for trees of that size, basically burning time and getting no wood. Just not worthwhile.
