When I heard that, the first thing that went through my mind was that it was a good time to have a release of built up pressure and say "Japan did it". When I heard that reported on the radio this morning, heard was both Dresden and Braidwood that picked it up. Oddly enough, passed by tons of nukes from either the west or east, and not one of them picked it up. So either Dresden and Braidwood are doing their thing and no one else is, or one of those guys better start checking their stuff.
