They are called tachometer generators. Typically 50Volts/1000 RPM. But you can get higher voltages than that. This site says up to 200Volts at 1000 RPM. To get 500Volts, you run it at 2500 RPM. The voltage is directly proportional to the speed. If these are too small, you could also buy a 500VDC motor and energize the field, running it as a generator. You can usually get them with 150 / 300 Volt fields. They also make them in permanent magnet fields, but only rated at 180Volts @1750 RPM. You would have to run at 5000RPM, which might not hold up. Rectified 120V Ac is about 150 volts.
