Hey, Im trying to decide which tractor to restore for my senior year to enter into the compition. My choices are 1. Allis Chalmers 190 w/ spun bearing and needs cosmetic work 2. John Deere 520 ser. 157 just needs reassembled and painted and 3. IH Super MV that needs quite a bit of work. Whats your guys' opinion on it. I dont really care which make ( I like them all)

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
