There are always two sides to this senario, but I agree that some dealers over charge. Yes they have bills to pay, payroll to meet, utiliy bills, on and on. So, if they do not know or care to run the business properly, they need to get out and let someone else run it. I garantee that some dealers would charge a million dollars just to answer their phones if they could get by with it. They think the "fix" to all business issues is to increase prices. It is the reason many of them are out in the street. Business is a relationship. Both parties have to give and take. It does not work long if only the customer is the one that is always giving.
