I quit 5 years ago and did about the same as you as far as gaining weight. Try to drink more water and have some fruits or vegs to replace sweets. Congrats on quitting you can really see the money savings but more importantly your health will improve and your sense of smell and tste will improve. try doing some walking either morning or evening
