Yes that is an add on Behlen System. I'm not sure what you mean by the torque generator. I'm assuming it is the pump itself. I removed the pump from the steering wheel end and the end that goes to the steering sector. So the pump was free and clear of the steering column and I just laid it aside to be able to get the head off. I did not disconnect any hoses. I just put it back together as it was. The shafts could have been turned while I had it off, so I guess you need to explain to me what neutral position for center steer is. thanks for the response.
