Does the serial number have the "TA" prefix? If not, and since the tractor is incomplete, I would estimate the value at maybe 10 to 15% over scrap iron value. If it DOES have the "TA" prefix, and all 3 serial numbers match, then maybe $1,000 to $1,500? It's just a guess.
