Before I bought it, i'd want to be damn sure it had ALL the mounting brackets, gears and pulleys for the pto, drawbar extension, and ask what tractor it was previously mounted on. That radiator gaurd is somewhat universal for tractors in the same size range (60,620,630) but not between sizes (50 to 60 to 70, etc). I do agree that it will look tons better washed. Grab ahold of the powershafts to see if the gearboxes are stuck. It could be new enough to have used the universal mounting, which means it would be easier to mount on different Deere tractors, but it wouldnt have to have the universal mounts. I had one that looked just like yours that fell into the 2 year window that didn't yet use universal mountings. Most all parts are NLA, so you might want to look for a parts machine if you buy it. Pickers are like plows, they became obsolete almost overnite.
