My first bout was in 1980, got my legs drenched with slurry water, infected lower right calf, got over that. Then went almost 25 years got it again, had 3 bouts since. High dollar antibiotic has pretty well taken care of it however my right foot is still slightly swollen from the bout three years ago. In my case stress seems to aggravate the condition.
