Well with your knowledge and experience why dont you call up a news station and tell them you are Mr. Expert in that field and that you will go on the air and explain how it works and the problems, blah, blah, blah. You might make a buck or two.
I really cant stand the news media and all the "experts" that tell it like really isnt, or might be. They need real people with brains to explain things like nuclear power systems, cooling towers, fuel rods, etc. I have very little knowledge about the stuff, but a lot more then a hired mouth piece on NBC, CBS or CNN.
