I have seen it before.
Used to be a club in Plymouth, IL that would have one.
One difference is that the Plymouth club was catered at the OLD tractors, meaning no minimum speed requirement. Stock F20 Farmalls would max out at less than 5 MPH depending on what rear tires were installed to replace the steel rims.
With "Behlen" or other aftermarket road gears installed it was possible to exceed 20 MPH.
I have GPS proven 29 MPH on mine, but that is about 10 MPH too fast for the hand brakes should I have a problem. DOUG
