The bulls all smell moosey. It's just a matter of how much. Last years bull certainly makes the kitchen smell different than beef. Maybe an acquired taste but it's good. Some people eat mutton or goat too, phew. Never did learn to like whitetail deer, bucks in particular. Unless they were used to make sausage, pepperettes or ground meat to use in chilli etc where the spices, smoke and sauces provide some cover.
