Dave, I have a friend who is into fords, his advice is to stay away from the SOS, or jerkomatic, as it is known around here! Main reason is few people will work on them, at least around the mid atlantic area, I only know of 1 dealer, who knows how to repair them. Might be different in Germany, but around here, if it has the slot machine lever up near the dash, most won't fool around with it.
