DHCP has to do with networking. I wonder if your PC is having fits because of outdated drivers. If that was the case, it would have been problematic nearly all its life. On the other hand, that particular error has to do with when the computer cannot get the same network address back. This is most common when you go to "sleep" in one network (work) and then resume it at your home (a different network). If your computer is less than 1 year, you should be able to get some tech support from the manufacturer at n/c. Of course, you might end up on the phone for a few hours brushing up on your indian dialect. This post may get pushed off the spreader before I see it next.
