Funny you should ask, I am in Florida, 1200 miles from home in a 05 Impala and last thurday the temp gauge just went all the way past hot. to about 5:00. We at the time were in a very large traffic jam leaving the Space Schuttle launch. Wife was driving and I told her to just keep driving if the darn car engine freezes up so what. Long story short, went to a chevy dealer , new instrument panel cost $350. and had to ordered from California. Part came in today and was installed about 4 o clock. Total cost $ 539.00 , but what do you do 1200 miles from home. Robert in Md. Also Florida Flywheelers show was great.
