It ment taking care of your own body, and caring for other priorities from there- the ancient symbol looked like a coil spring, you at the center, family, nieghbors, people further up the road.... all spiraling outward, with the rest of the human race at the far end. This is how they kept the wolf from the door, when the wolves had 4 feet and black fur- not an M4 and black uniform. All we really need is a group of honest politians who have horse sence and leadership, insted of poll points and party division, then all the rest of this can be good practice for hurricanes, blizzards and tornados...
