Sounds like two problems. First, the end play in the crankshaft should be put into spec, usually by moving the flywheel in on the crank and torqued down. Second, the three clutch bolts need to be removed and clean the bolts and the holes they go through in the drum. While the clutch bolts are out, the dogs and toggles need cleaning. Also, inspection and repair if needed of the clutch operating fork and sleeve. The clutch drum has to be removed to do this work. MikeS.
