The greatest question is, "how bad does one want another one's money?" I understand that many intangibles, and circumstances are there, but way too many in the services industry just suck.
Ever go to a barber shop and all the barbers are busy and that one "open" barber is willing to cut your hair? You tell him, "no, I will wait for the next open barber"? ...thats just how it is because he/she just sucks!
