You have a restriction. More that likely not in the valve..START by removing or loosing the lines at the rod end on the two lift cylinders. The thing should raise . May put out fluid but you need to do some more checking before you spend your money thinking you are getting it fixed. True enough you may need a new valve but I would do some more checking. As for the valve just about any thing will work on that old beast but the one you have found is fine. As you have figrued out it is on the top of size.
