Not too bad. First drop the deck hydrualics and take the sheilds off. Then pop the belt off the rear pulley by prying it over the edge and turning it slightly by hand. Unthread the belt, remember how it goes as it can be confusing (a picture is handy). Pull the two rear pins, then pull the two lift pins one on each side. Let the lifting frame drop down to the deck. Put a floor jack under the center of the front axle and lift it a foot or so. Pull the deck forward and drag it out to one side.
