My thoughts and prayers are with you and I could only suggest make the most of what time is left. My mother has dementia and lives 700+ miles away. I talk to her at least twice a day. I always try to come up with something to get her to laugh, some days are good but most are her full of anxiety because she knows she is unable remember much and cannot do much of anything anymore. She spent two weeks with us in December, probably the last time she will visit out here- but I got the memories!!!
