Since you have one screen a metal fabricator could make you another one out of whatever kind of perforated metal you think will work, using your old one for a pattern. Lots faster than drilling hundreds of holes. You could make one yourself by cutting perforated metal to size and having it rolled at a fabricator to the curve you need.
