SEVERAL things just jump out quick in these kind of things..! Where did you take possesion of the unit..on his yard our yours.. Did you or any representative operate the unit PRIOR to your purchase? Was any statement as to condition of the unit made or written.. Did you get a sales invoice with something like sold as is where is and if so did you sign the invoice.. Have watched these kind of cases for years and as much as I hate to I will tell you you will need a good lawyer.. Good luck
