Not only super glue is good for cracked skin, my son had the top of his ear cut off (1/4 sliver)while I was stationed in Frankfurt. Took him to into the dispensary along with the piece. The Medic cleaned up everything and pulled out a tube of super glue and reattached. He was 6 years old then and now he's 33. Still see the scare.
