I used to live at an intersection those boom boom cars would stop and set there for awhile late at night, right beside my bed room window. (must have been rolling one of those wacky weed ciggs.) I complained to the cops that I was tired of replacing the putty in my windows. I ask if they would do something, or at least open season on them -- he said, but added he would deny he did say it " it would be easier to open season on them"
