I'm kind of sure I have seen the name Baker on mixers before, and powered by a engine built in Waterloo foundry --they had several names for the same engine, and were all just a bit different.
Check out Sandow, Sheldon, and Waterloo Boy, and see if they look similar. If I'm not mistaken a friend has one, but it will be spring or the forth of July before the snow can be moved.
