Well, I am sure you have a good idea what you want to do with it, but if it were mine, they could not pry it outta my hands. Let some of the locals around know if you want to lease it for crops. Make a little off that. The rest would be a get away retreat. Get away from the noise and the crazys. In a few years you can sell it. It will be worth more down the road the way things are right now. You might find you want to keep it after you have had it awhile. Just my 2 cents....
