Just get the insul and electric in. Air lines are best run on the the walls. You should be able to run the elec wires in a couple hours. Then stuff the bats, staple the visqueen, and start hanging the chipboard. What you will save in propane you can hire a couple of helpers. Even if you can't get the interior in, the bats and plastic film will do wonders.
