I totally DESPISE talking on the phone; if we're not through with our business in about 30 seconds, I'm probably hanging up. Tip......while YOU'RE talking, move the phone further and further from your lips; continue to talk for a few seconds when it gets to arms length. You can then safely hang up. If you do it while 'THEY' are talking, they'll know YOU hung up on them, rather than it being a problem with the phone. I conducted business this morning with Ursha (online chat) about discontinuing my McAfee subscription and refunding my money. She had a great grasp of written English, but I can just imagine what it would've been like trying to understand her spoken English.
