A lot of times when some one has an on going problem here and he/she seems to have problems understanding what I am trying to tell them I say hey send me an e-mail and I'll give you my phone number. I have talked to a good many people that way and have a few that call me off an on just to talk about stuff. I know of at least on guy from Kansas that called me probably a good 7 times before he got his tractor up and running and last I knew he has not had problems since. So yep phone by far is better then e-mail. On here you can only guess about the person on the phone you can learn who this person is and why they say or do etc what they do
