Just work a screwdriver in between the sealed beam and the rubber gromett... or mabey two, then pop it out. Unhook the wires and off you go to town. You may not get a 'Halogen' with the exact same part number but you will find a 55 watt of that diameter that will do good enough. Probably about 10 bucks. You don't want to remove the complete light assembly because you'll probably bust the fixture... and that's not so common. Probably have to see the mafia rep. to get one and you'll pay... so just pop the sealed beam out. You may also want to pay close attention to the ground wires on the fixture and the power wire for that matter... It's not at all uncommon to have bad/broken connections on those things. If the grounds are bad I usually run a new ground directly off the sealed beam, through the rubber and off to a solid piece of chassis somewhere... NOT the fender.
