How am I supposed to keep my pump house from freezing in -5 below temperature with a CFL? Can't use a warming tape as the pipes enter through a damp place and in the spring time it gathers water to 6 inches high. The ONLY thing that has ever worked is a 100 watt bulb in a socket during the winter months.
