jdemaris, sounds like your hydro is a copy of ours, maybe the same huge CORP. owns all hydro. We pay for the Invoice, Delivery, debt reduction (Old Ontario 4, 5, 6 million $$ salaries and other bad investments) plus cost of hydro used.
