Anybody have access to a picture of an implement from the late thirtires or nineteen forties of a basin lister? My grandmother referred to the operation as damming. Gramps did it different times of the year so don't know if this was a corn cultivation method, summer fallow tillage or fall tillage. Mostly looking for a picture more so than the reason. I'm guessing it looks like a chisel plow with some sort of paddle wheels that drag along and trip periodically.
