I know of a retired CSX worker who worked at wal-mart so his wife could have health insurance. I think he had to work 28 or 32 hours a week to get her insurance. He loved his job. He always made fun of people who bashed wal-mart.
We all want to be rich, then why do we hate rich people?
I've worked hard for my money, saved, invested yet people resent the fact that I've done well. I thought going from rags to riches, like Sam Walton did, is the American dream. Instead, sock it to the rich has become the American theme. We wonder why there's a sucking sound as jobs leave our country.
The largest employers seem to be hospitals, schools and Wal-mart. You ever think that 2 of the 3 are tax supported?
