darn those 80's chevys lol if it makes you feel better mine, a '83 1 ton with a 12 foot stake bed dump is right there with ya and it has a 350, with 3 yds of dirt of gravel it weight 15000 and change, town is 12 miles away and uphill a trip will burn 1/2 to 3/4 of a tank of gas, but it wouldnt trade it for anything lol simple to work on, no mysterious black boxes with a thousand little wires comming out of it, no sensors with funny names that will shut the truck down when they go bad 40 miles from a paved road, ov course it doesnt have 17 cup holders for a cab that holds 3 people, but i drink from a mason jar anyway , and it dont have a gps system but then dad tought me how to read a map when i was 8 lol long live old iron
