The "problems" are most likely just harmless cookies you could delete yourself. They are just trying to sell you a program. The Outlook thing could be several things, maybe it's not configured right, maybe a server is down, I guess I'd contact my provider and see if they could help me through it. On the printer thing, watch when the print dialog comes up. Where is it telling the document to "print" to? The correct printer you have installed? Have you used this printer before? Is it turned on? Is it hooked up? If everything checks out and your computer still will not communicate with the printer it may be a driver (software) problem. You may have to reinstall the driver.
