Your problem statement is not very clear, but looks like your pc: a) Cannot connect to the internet, b) Cannot connect to the printer, c) Has 1483 problems detected, but not fixed.
I see three solutions: a) Reload the entire image. Back up your critical documents to an external drive, i.e. pictures, documents, favorites, mail, etc. Then reformat entire drive, reload your Operating Systems, software applications, print drives, device drives and data. b) Download Microsoft Security Essentials from a computer connected to the internet to a moveable drive. Install this file on the infected pc and run the scans. c) Call the vendor of your Anti-virus.
