I run a research machine shop (see the link below) and have been here since 1990 and it has changed big time in those years. Lots of well to do folks coming here to retire, be around writers, poets and such. Lot of put on the glitz stuff going on. Country club school, whole bunch of the students drive Mercedes, Lexus, BMWs and eat out in fancy restaurants on daddy's credit cards.
