Depends some on state law--a "garden tractor" is a "implement of husbandry" and with a snowplow mounted is engaged in work defined as suitable for a "implement of husbandry" A ATV may be defined as a "reacreational vehicle" and no work activity is in its allowable definition of activity. To get sneaky, the ATVs like sister"s Yamaha with a PTO to drive sprayer becomes a "implement of husbandry" as power take off is a possible characteristic of a "implement of husbandry" Laws may have a "construdtion/landscaping/road maintenance" definition that say a "snow plow/loader" fits that class and notes skid steered Bobcats and "other" brands/power units are acceptable- the ATV like landlords with the small plow and a salt box then become legal to run/plow/clean on sidewalk and streets between clearing jobs. Might use that to aggravate the griper. RN
