OK, I"m not a specialist on this type of material but things like propane, anhydrous ammonia and liquid nitrogen can not be contained so therefore tanks are filled to 80% which is a generic number, those type materials usually have a boiling point of somewhere around -450 degrees F so ambient temperatures affect them considerably so the amount of liquid can vary so I"m told. So I"m thinking you"ll get more in the winter months vs the hot weather months. I would suggest getting a weight ticket when you have a tank refilled which I do at our local Coop as far as an exchange I don"t know.
