Did you read the quoted part saying that according to the United States Geological Survey monitoring station in PA south of NY that the water leaving NY already meets the Very stringent EPA standards. If there is crappy water the CPK Bay, it didn't come from NY. Why should we here be forced to sent drinking quality water down stream so some one below can dirty it up to munimal quality standards. Also bare in mind that upstate NY, has some of the purest water in this nation, (thanks to our NYDEC.LOL.) Not trying to cause an argument here, because I know that good water is becoming a presious commodity. I just don't know why that when we ARE doing our part that we have to do more because someone else is not.
