Same AC rake I grew up with, Dad had it by 1950. I don.t think it had a model number, just like the first picker on a WC, before the #33. Dual wheels were an option, but they were front and rear. Your rear dual is not factory. Crazy wheel because at road speed, the wheel would shimmy after rough ground...had to slow down to make it quit. Tedder feature was not intended to ted unraked hay- it was for fluffing up wet windrows to speed drying after a rain.
