Yes it is an Allis. This one has the optional wheel on back, not sure if it is factory. AC made a lot if these rakes, the more collectable one came after this one and only has two wheels on the back and a single raking and tedding speed....only 2000 made. I have one of each, here's a pic of the rarer one.
