Matt We sold 1070s with 5-16/18s commonly. Our ground varies greatly from light gravel and loam to tough clay. We pulled 5X16s with 8and 970s also in these lighter soils. If you have tough clay, a 5B could be a challange, mainly due to traction, not power. As far as disc selection, I would look for a folding finishing disc with a smoothner on the rear, 16-18 feet wide.
