Co-worker came back with that story from a British vacation were he stayed with his brother. They had barely settled in with their luggage and unpacked when some government wanker was ringing the doorbell. Government snoop/wanker wanted to why the home was not registered as a roaming/boarding house with licences, inspections and fees etc. Home owner explained to wanker/government snoop that the visit was short term and was family. When asked, the Government wanker reported that a neighbor had called on the "snitch" line. and was hoping for the 50 pound(money) reward re;illegal activities. Looked outside and seen the old crone across the street watching with intent interest through the window blinds. Then she warmly welcomed the government wanker inside her place afterwards. Much less joy on her face when the wanker departed without payment.
